Terms & Conditions of Service

We are honored to welcome you into our private studio. To ensure a refined and seamless experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following policies before your appointment.

Age Requirement Guests must be 18 years of age or older for all Brow Services. Guests between the ages of 15 and 17 are welcome for Makeup Services only — including Sweet Sixteen, Quinceañera, and Prom appointments — and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid photo identification may be requested.

Appointments All services are by appointment only. As a private studio, we dedicate our full attention exclusively to each guest during their reserved time. Appointments are booked online.

Deposits & Payment A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and goes toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of service via Cash, Card, or Zelle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life is beautifully unpredictable and we simply ask for courtesy in advance so that we may accommodate other guests.

Deposits are non-refundable. With a minimum of 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via text — verbal requests cannot be honored.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

No call/no show appointments will forfeit the deposit and be charged 100% of the service cost. This balance must be settled before any future appointments may be booked.

Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify Studio B as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is extended to all guests. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.

We kindly ask all guests to plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Please account for traffic and parking along Fifth Avenue prior to your visit. Complimentary parking is available at 400 8th Street South, Naples.

Studio Guest Policy To maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment — and due to the use of sharp instruments within our studio — we are unable to accommodate additional guests, companions, children of any age, or pets. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these standards for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Health, Safety & Allergy Disclosure The health and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority. Please inform us prior to your appointment of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, recent procedures, or medications — including Retinoids, Glycolic Acids, and Accutane — that may affect your service.

Clients with active skin infections, open wounds, or irritation in the service area may be asked to reschedule. Patch testing is available upon request and is recommended for guests with sensitive skin. Guests who are pregnant are kindly asked to consult with their physician prior to booking certain treatments.

We reserve the right to decline services that we believe may pose a risk to the health or safety of any guest.

Services & Results We are committed to delivering an exceptional and personalized experience. Results may vary based on individual skin type, hair texture, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare guidance. Studio B will always provide an honest consultation to establish realistic expectations prior to beginning any service.

We do not offer refunds on completed services. However, your satisfaction is deeply important to us — please communicate any concerns within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our utmost to make it right.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is graciously accepted at the guest's discretion.

Gift certificates are available and make a beautiful gift for any occasion.

In the event of a genuine emergency, please reach out to us directly. We handle all circumstances with care and discretion.

Photography & Portfolio Use Photography within the studio is welcome for personal use. Please request permission before photographing other guests or staff.

With your explicit written consent, before-and-after photographs may be used for our portfolio, website, or social media channels. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly. We will never identify guests by name without separate consent, and we never share imagery that has not been expressly approved.

Studio Etiquette Studio B Brows + Beauté is an intimate, private space designed for relaxation, beauty, and personal care. We kindly ask that all mobile devices be set to silent during services.

Right to Refuse Service Studio B Brows + Beauté reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest at our sole discretion, including in cases where the safety or comfort of staff or other guests may be compromised. We uphold a standard of mutual respect and dignity for all who enter our studio.

Updates to These Terms These terms and conditions are reviewed periodically and are subject to revision. The most current version will always be available in our studio and on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
